There are a lot of rumours lately that Israel is cracking down hard on the asset class and what this means for Binary Options. But how does this affect depositor safety and the overall future of Binary Options is something that we would try to address in this discussion.

In the past fortnight, various articles* from official news sources have been circulating about Israel’s ISA watchdog and possibly CySEC, the Cypriot financial regulator, banning Binary Options in their countries. Should this happen, it may cripple unregulated, unethical brokerages. This is welcome news for Binary Option trader safety and for ethical Binary Option brokerages, an opportunity to capture significant market share.
