I use binaryinternational as a broker and I'm happy with them, a good friend of mine is my account manager there too.

I went to try and login to my account a few hours ago but the website is down

    Hello Flinty,

Sorry to hear about this. It may simply be a temporary glitch. There is a lot of cross-broker warfare in the form of DDOS attacks that sometimes can take down servers. Having said that, we would advise you to research your brokers a bit more carefully. Please take a look at this

Based on their low traffic and based on what I know from them (they don't even pay their own staff) I am pretty sure
they are shutting down. Many bucketshop brokers are closing - which is just great for the industry.

Would there be any way to get my money back?

I doubt a broker that doesn't pay their own staff wants to pay customers and their site is down so you can't even talk to their chat so I don't think so.

    Hello Flinty13,

If you have deposited using a credit card, a chargeback may work.

Is there a time limit on chargebacks?

    Hello,

Typically 6 months or slightly less. Contact your bank and credit card issuer immediately.

I think there's no reason to panic, who know, maybe the site's under construction. Perhaps you should wait a little while, or try to find out more about the problem.
