Slight of Hand and Shady

I'm brand new to the idea of BO trading and would really like to hear from the veterans who have at least four years experience as to who they do business with and a bit about how they arrived there. I'd guess it's a common fear for newbies about the speed and reliability in transferring money out of your account. If you use a debit card, do they send your winnings directly to the account associated with the card ?
Anything else you may think of that you would have liked to have known about broker selection when you first started this business would be greatly appreciated.
