  • My case is just going on with Payback Ltd.(an irarelian organisazion) I payed them upfront. Which was a lot. Bad! I now doubt their procedure will work! At first they ask me to call my home bank I did the transfer 9 months ago to make a recall. The homebank said a recall makes sense within a couple of days after the transfer, not after many months. PayBack insists of a recall. Payback has written an accusation saying that I have not got the service of the CFD-company which they pormised (?) and it is task of the home banks to check if the recipients are in order (?). (That I think is strange and unprofessional.) Finally my homebank lauches a recall. That means they ask the British Bank (the recipient bank') to pay my former tranfered money back. The clou is I formally transfered to the money to a British bank with an account no. But this number is of the account of the scam CFD-company. So I have no personal accout at the British Bank! That is the trick. I phoned the British Bank. They
