This is yet another scam from our"friends" at Royal Markets Online. Due to misleading advertising on the web, I deposited my $250 in what I thought was an investment in bitcoins instead I found myself in Royal Markets Online, a binary trading site. I immediately requested a refund which, after several days, was rejected. I received a call from "my account manager" who insisted that I could not get a refund and That I had to trade with my $250, which I no doubt would have lost anyway. I still have not received a refund, I have been trying since 29th September 2017. So beware lest you fall into the same trap. I am trying to get a refund from MasterCard at the moment on the grounds that I was scammed and here in the UK you are entitled to a cooling off period during which time you can cancel any distance trading activity. I'll let you know how I get on with that one
