optionsXO wont let me withdrawl my balance

hi im new on this forum , i recently invested about $2800 with optionsXO after trying a few times decided this not my game, & wanted to withdrwal whatever balance i have ,all documention is done & sign for the withdrawal .
now after deduction the wagger bonus etc i undetsrand that but why are they keep cancelling my withdrwal ? im not even saying i should get back what i invested because thats completely BS, but they wont even let me withdraw my balance after the wagger bonus deduction ? i insist that they email me so evevrything is in black & white , i do not want them to call me .
anyone here can please advise me ?

They were once recommended on this site, unfortuntely due to many complaints of similar nature as yours we removed them. I would now consider them to be a broker not to touch and if you did deposit funds with them seek a chargeback through your credit card company immediately.
