Is HighLow only for local traders ?

Is any of you traders trading live on HighLow.......outside Australia ?

    Okay....no answers ??? aprox 2 years ago, HighLow sent me a mail, telling that they do not allow traders from Europe any more, and that was due to ESMEs announcement at that time.
    I have tried to convince HighLow, that they should allow me to trade on their page, but they say it is a company decision...
    IF a broker can trade the whole world, then why just trade with Australia ???
    I have a suspicion, that they only exclude me, because i made to much profit ($500-1500 a day), that is why i like to know, if some of you have traded LIVE with HighLow the last few month.....
