Which binary options broker ?

Hello there
Can someone recommend a binary broker for me that is not a scam, is regulated, no withdrawal problems, etc... ? I did trade a little on topoption, but because of some bad choices i burned what i had, so now i`m thinking about switching to another broker/platform and hopefully manage my money and myself better this time...

Well how about you qualify it first, such as how much are you looking to start with? What kind of binary options do you want to trade such as TF and type? There are many good brokers you just have to choose based on your own parameters. You just want somebody to blurt out a broker well that is 100% retarded and if you view trading like that go find a slot machine and you will get the same results prolly even more fun specially if there are hookers and flashing lights! Or flashing hookers even better!
