cherrytrade.com is not worth it "Too many complaints and unregulated."
cherrytrade.com, had anyone heard of these guys and if so are they ok to use and not scammers?

Cherry trade is not regulated so we don't recommend it. There have been some complaints about them on FPA too, see e.g.: http://www.forexpeacearmy.com/community/threads/cherrytrade-are-swindlers-beware-of-them.43249/

A short video what to look for would be good. Any that you would recommend ?

Its a little old and is taking a look at systems not brokers, yours are always more fun to watch but this may tide them over till yours comes out.
