Scam !!!!!!!!!!! opened a $250 account with them, of course broker Peter Shaw wanted much more, $5000 to be exact, traded my way up to $2000 then told the broker that if he made me the extra $500 I would cover the rest for insured contracts he wanted... all I wanted was for him to make me the extra $500 but he lost my entire account in 2 trades, the trades actually went in the opposite direction like that's what he wanted and I never asked him to trade $900 and $1000 at once, I had made the $2000 in a few days..6 minutes just like that which in Canadian dollars would have given me a nice trip or killer valentines day gift for the wife, requested my original $250 back last week and nothing.. STAY AWAY or trade with 24options.. optionsxo is a scam

well sent an email to support and got a call shortly after, I explained what happened and the person from support said they would call back in 15 minutes which he did, he put $1350 back in my account (said was not able to retrieve more and i'm guessing the difference was the brokers commission on what he lost me) then proceeded to trade me up to $2500 which is $500 over what I had. so they did take care of business and he also showed me the transfer for the amount I withdrew last week, not in my account but says it will be shortly.. what do you think ?

Well at least you got your money back we blacklisted them quite a while ago as they were nothing but problems.

I ended up leaving about 350.00 $$ with them as I could never get it out. With-drawls kept getting BS answers so I finally gave up took the loss and learned my lesson about investigating your broker.

When I call to file the charge back is there something I should tell them specifically?

WHat did you tell them? You basically need to tell them that they lied to you and did not give you services paid for.

my initial $250 was paid, I have been playing with my account and have traded up to $5700 in about 10 days, have requested a $2500 withdrawl to see if they will pay out, will update

traded my way up to $7199 in a few days they bought an insured contract with $5000 from my account and it won $8700, now they have frozen my account and demand I put $5000 to continue trading
I initially deposited $250, then a broker called me and made a few trades up to $725 then he started asking for cash, I refused many times but continued to trade and made my way up to $7199 in about a week, after being denied for a $2500 withdrawal i then received a call from Sam Melnik telling what a great job I was doing and proposed a $5000 insured contract (oil) seeing I had no other deposits and that he told me that this was usually only possible with 10k but since the market was all up and down they are accepting 5K contracts, he said it would be a huge mistake to withdraw at this point as these contracts make money, so I agreed as this was not money from my bank account but told him whatever happens do not ask me for more money, he said of course not, worst case if we lose you get your 5K back and its in form of cash because of my trade volume.. so the contract won $8700 and he calls me, congrats he says you made some money.. now this was a trade reserved for vip clients only and that it was part of a 2 trade package and I must deposit 5K to continue trading, told him he was a lying p**** then he passed me a John Lewis who told me I was lucky that I could actually speak to him and he doesn't have time to lose with non serious traders and he has frozen my account and hung up.. just like that 10K
so yes I got my initial cash back, used their platform as a practice account but was successful and they will simply never pay you anything, that's the bottom line -
OptionsXO brokers are parasites such as Paul Harris and Daniel Goldman ( I believe these are not their real names). They take your money with their phone calls, sweet talks, very persistent persuasion and false hope of making money for you. Once, you are in their hooks, you can bye bye to your money. You will never take your money out! They are thieves, robbers, liars and high profile irresponsible scammers. It is a scam!
Never give it to them even if they keep persuading you day after day by phone calls ! This is their strategy. They will pester you to the point that you’ve no choice but to give it. Once you did, your money will be gone for good!!!!!
The feedbacks people gave on this webpage are true and more reliable than what your broker told you. OptionsXO have no experience of making money. The way they make money is by conning you. Not from the market! Don’t trust them and never ever give in!!!
They will always ask you to go to gold, then platinum account. They always ask for more money so that they can help you to get out of the mess they created. The only way to get your money is to upgrade your account or put more money in!!! This is their strategy! Don’t give in if you still want your money!
If you asked a broker to trade for you, he will use the bonus to trade so that you have no cash balance, except bonus balance. You can only withdraw cash balance with OptionXo platform. So, you will never able to withdraw your money as bidding many times more than the bonus balance is almost impossible with their bidding system, which set at 36% of winning. If you’re smarter than the brokers ( Success rate is 50% only), you might have cash balance that is highly guarded by them. If you attend to withdraw, you’ll face another impossible hurdle. Commonly, they will not respond to you email or request. Basically, you are abandoned!
In summary, OptionsXO brokers are highly sophisticated thieves that dangle a carrot of making millions of dollars in few months for you. They have advestisement in facebook that say “ What rich people don’t want you to know! Check it before it gets withdrawn!” or In webpages, earning hundred thousands of dollars of a university boy or a housewife, etc. In actually fact, they make money by stealing from you, not making it for you!
