Beginner's Woes !

A month ago I signed up with BancDeBinary with a $250 deposit. Reality sets in when I discover no help is available. The account manager keeps hounding me to increase my deposit in order to get advice from them. I read up the resources in their Education centre. Starting trading on my own using $1 as they do not provide demo account. I lost about $2 and I gave up. I realise I do not possess the knowledge and experience to strike it out on my own. Then I sign up with Signalsbinary. They promise to give me free trading signals but I have to trade in their recommended trading platform ie 365BinaryOption. So I put a fullstop. This is my journey
