Nadex !00% vs. Markets World 90%

I only have traded little on Nadex. Why does Markets World boasts 90% max payouts; betting $50 correctly results in $45 max profit? How is that a deal? With Nadex, when I bet $50 correctly, I make $48 ($50 - $2 fees = $48).

    Binary Options and Nadex are different.
