Bohlinger bands strategy

Hello everyone.i use a strategy of bohlinger bands in binary options with period 6. I usually combine it with horizontal lines to confirm support and resistance levels. But i discovered that it works properly with ranging markets. When i use it in trending markets i lose. Would hou help me with the tricks on this strategy how can i win, also how do i know if there is a false signal or a true one and 5o those with experience in bohlinger bands which reactions of bohlinger bands should i look at in relation to price movement. Iam new to trading so iam trying the strategy maybe it can work for me. Thank you
