I would like to know ……. Is this certificate even asked by genuine brokers as well ?

I too wants to knows , every time you pay a fee , they charge you for another fee, you pay fees , it go up in %of 20 , till you get to 80% complete , then they charge caus of country you in , then th % is going up by 0.1's ,
