    Ok here is what you do ....

    #1 you get one of those big wheels they use to spin on game shows and lay it flat on the ground...
    #2 You then insert a big black dildo in the middle of the wheel.
    #3 Get naked and rub baby oil all over your bum...
    #4 Order a pizza...
    #5 Fall A$$ first in the center of the wheel until you get the point, then SPIN!!!
