Question - Placing Trades on Binary Option Brokers Using Mt4

Does anyone know or currently place buy/sell trades on MT4 that will place the trade in any BO broker?
If so, which ones.

i've heard of a few people that were ale to make withdrawls and didnt have a problem with them

i heard that they are rather safe because of the low returns...
