Best way to identify scam broker is to check their reviews over forums and other reviews sites, moreover if you choose a broker don't go with large amount but start with small amounts to test the main major functions.

Best way is to use some damn common sense, why is it when people get into bins all common sense goes out the window, broker promises you 10 k off 1 k and people are like fooq yea sounds good not hell not thats a scam. If a nigerian price told you the same thing you would run.
