Baby pips?

Been looking trough a couple of the blogs to get myself learning how to do binary trading. Is baby pips good? Is it mostly for forex or does it relate to the high and low binary too?

It is useful for newbies but their binary content is very very limited, so mostly just good to understand how forex works more then anything.
