How they get paid shouldn't bother you guys , you should appreciate a service like this if its legit but obviously it wouldn't be free

the thing is, if the broker is legit and/or regulated there shouldn't be a need for this type of service, either the regulator will solve the issue or the broker will. The unregulated BS brokers who are scamming people are likely to not give a crap about some third party service trying to reclaim money...
