today i made an account here and i glade to be here kindly guide me my question is what is moving averages and which indicators is best and when we have to trade for sale and buy over all what is best strategy is best in Moving Average I am using IQ option application

thank u so much sir would like to tell me about Bollinger bands through EMA i did but i couldn't get good results

I don't use Bollinger bands. You can read Michaels article on this B-Band MACD strategy but as I mentioned above, unless you can read the charts, no strategy is going to produce good results so start learning price action in the meantime you can use this strategy I linked

if you look at the top of the forums home page, the top of the list, you can see a tab where you can change it from Recent Posts to a view that is easier to understand and navigate.
