does the .5 decimal strategy on 60 seconds work?

Hey guys i'm a newbie anyway i been doing some research on strategies to use and this strategy got my attention. It goes if you trade at $5 and lost, you have to double it to $10 as quick as you can, going in the same direction. If you win you'll recover the 15 dollars and still make profit but if you lose you keep going $25 etc. they also say that on the 4th or 5th trade, not sure which but on of those trade you're guaranteed to win. My question is have any of you tried the strategy out and is it legit?

No it does not work. It works for a bit and then crashes, similar to martingaling.

Avoid like the plague.
