RB Options and TR Binary Options

Has anyone operated accounts with RB Options or TR Binary Options? They promise that if you want to withdraw money from your account into a credit card it will take only 1 to 3 business days. I requested to withdraw money from my accounts with these brokers over one week ago and I haven't heard from them. Does anybody have an idea how these brokers operate?

    No I would not trust unregulated brokers.
