help in using the 1 min and 5min charts for 5 min expiry

I would like to thank Kostasze for answering my last question, I'm using psar and macd for EUR/USD.I would like to know if I'm using a 5min expiry,I'm looking at the 1min and 5min charts.Do I wait when both the 1 min and 5min have a buying or selling signal before making a trade.I hope you can help me again.THANK YOU
P.S. Also like to know do I do the same when using other indicators.THAN YOU
