OptionXo will not refund my money

I have tried for quite some time to withdraw my remaining funds and they keep giving me the runaround. This is funds I deposited and not winnings. Has anybody had trouble with them ? Any hint to how I can get my money back would be appreciated.

I guess posting on a few sites got them moving, after about 6 months of trying without anything happening. This week They refunded most of my money but they charged big fees. Anyway I got a good part of it back.
