    I can see that you didn't want to tell me more about where you registered and what really happened. But I don't want to miss your message because I understand how difficult and unpleasant it is to lose money.
    If you have the opportunity - to the maximum, contact your broker, technical support, your manager. If a broker has a regulator - be sure to write to him what you have. But most likely, if it happened, this is not the most honest company.
    You can apply to a specialized company for a refund, but only please - do not pay for their services in advance. By the rules, they only take on cases where they really have a chance to get their money back. Secondly, they take their payment as a percentage of the amount they return to you - if they ask for something in advance, it is fraud. Be careful, and good luck to you.
