No idea. Looks like one of those "ghost brokers", no real contact info just fake ones. What made you deposit there in the first place?
In general, always check address, license number, regulation. Even if they claim to be regulated they may not be. This one lacks all of the above. It's just a website... who knows who is behind it and where they live. I'm sorry but you may not be able to get any money back. Did you pay with C.C? Have you tried a chargeback?
Yes thx .. I have informed my credit card for charge back and sent information to them ie receipts and emails .. no I guess it’s almost impossible but I want to tell others not to touch them thx for reply
