Is there any strategy that will gives at least 1 win for 3 losses continuously trading binary options(60 seconds expiry) throughout the day without breaks.

Now to answer your question. Of course there is no such thing. A mechanical strategy with a 100% guarantee to work
with those stats... NO. You have to gain skills and experience and when you do, sure you can even have great months or years winning even with a higher stat, like 3/4. But it's not just a strategy alone, it's skills.

However, since you asked for a 1/3 then I would say, yeah, go ahead and pick a coin and toss it and trade either direction for heads and tails, you should get what you are asking for I suppose.
