Question about Rule #2 - A broker makes money when you loose, just like a sports book.

If they make money when we lose, can they simply delete or block my account if I win too much?

If that is true, how much is safe to make in order to keep me flying under the radar at www.binary.com ?

I'm testing with the demo account on their website which appears to be legit, however I haven't been studying it for long and the money is already flowing a lot with the strategies I'm using, so my brain can't help but thinking " there is a catch ".

When it comes to how much is "safe" to make without raising any red flags, it's hard to give a definitive answer. Every broker has their own policies and risk management protocols. It's also a good idea to diversify your trading strategies and not put all your eggs in one basket.
