Double touch no touch contract

i need a binary contract who starts at price x and winning conditions:

Price hits x+1 does not hit x+2 and hits x-1 where x+2 is higher than x+1.

lets take the euro/usd market as an example.

Start price:0.99689

winning conditions: Price hits 1.00072,does not hit1.00112, hits 0.99402

please tell me if there are brokers providing this type of contracts .
