How can BO Traders best use these set up's?

I've attached an image of today's S&P price action which I used to identify a couple of set up's and an exit target. Can BO traders liquidate positions before time expiration ( if say you bought a 5,15,30,or 60 min put) for a partial payout? I'm sure this information can be used as a confirming tool, but how could it be traded out right? As an e-mini trader I'm not constrained by time other than end of day. Thanks any input would be appreciated!
