Looking for US broker, with Close Now, $5-10 min trade...

Ive looked at OptiMarkets and Xpmarkets, they fit the bill the most, except for minimum w/d being $100 but i can live with that, and I have heard that they have scammed some people, but that is the case with all of them at this level it seems almost....
It NEEDS to:
-take US clients
-have "Close Now" (take profit, buy me out) [[Double Up is a plus, Rollover is a double plus]]
-no more than $10/min trade (if its perfect, maybe 20, but please try to keep it at 5 or 10)
-no withdrawal fees
-A BROKER THAT WILL NOT RIP ME OFF.

Min trade is $1. Min deposit is $20
no fees to withdrawal
never heard of anyone getting ripped off.
The only drawback is that you cannot close trades early.
