Hi everyone!

Hi Kabuki!Welcome to the community!Like every financial product binary options are about the right prediction of the price movement. If you are right you will earn money if not you will lose money. For me it's not gambling at all. Some guys see BO like a gambling game and in the long term lose money. With discipline, solid analysis and money monegement (like all the investments) you can get an edge.

Simply put, if you have no "edge" on the market (i.e., a strategy that has been shown to work over the course of several trades over a long period of time), then yes, you can consider any form of trading gambling. Binary options can get a bad rap because of the fact that many of the brokers are offshore, some are not regulated, and so forth, thereby giving them the "casino" image. But many financial oversight bodies are recognizing that binary options is a valid trading/investment vehicle and you can make money trading them if you have a strategy that works and one in which you can consistently apply over and over again.

We are all Gamblers that is all trading is you can call it what you like but you put your money down and its at risk does not matter if its 60sec binary trading or daily trading with mutual funds you buy and sell prices go up and down from there its all a calculation/statistic. Beyond that its a money game of where the money goes if the CFTC had their way it would all stay in the US buying american securities with taxpayer money and then selling those securities back to the american public or better yet have ameicans just spend it on productive investments like LOTTO! *smacks self in head the biggest scammers around are the U.S. gov imo, next are the banks which have become so corrupt in their ideology that investing has lost its meaning how sad. "Hmmmm funny maybe that is why less and less brokers/options from firms overseas and investments being allowed in assets such as Metals not being allowed for U.S. Citizens, honestly somebody should sue the U.S. Gov the Frank Dodd is unconstitutional and is going after our FREEDOMs and hoping nobody will notice/sue them!"
