Double No-Touch Option

Hi All,
I am new to the field and have the following question that I can't understand:

Replicate an “Easygoing Double No-Touch Option” given four barriers A, B, C, and D.
----------------|-----------------|-------------|------------|------------------|--------->
A B S(now) C D
An Easygoing Double No-Touch knocks out after the second barrier is touched or crossed. You may use barrier and/or touch options. S(now) is the current spot. State your assumptions.

Need help.
Thanks

    How about we break it down so it is understood even by the laymen. Where did you get that IDEA/STRATEGY please elaborate from who? My road path here will become very clear as we isolate the coherence of what is being stated. Being that you are from Malta of all places and I wonder why you would bring up such a convoluted question that has in general to most ZERO VALUE... So why? What is your point?
