  According to ASIC this company is a scam.

  I doubt it. But you can try posting your complaint in other places as well and then tell them about it and see if they like to resolve it
  or have their reputation smeared. Sometimes this helps, sometimes it doesn't but worth a try. Post on Forexpeacearmy:
