Broker for USA resident?

Hi,
We all know that a while ago some reliable brokers such as IQOption stopped offering BO trading regardless of residence (citizenship) of the user.
But out of those active reliable and trustworthy (licensed for BO) brokers, I am wondering who accepts USA residents?
