Brokers Making Money From Winning Traders As Well ?

from what i was reading, brokers are making the most money with people that lose their money.

but are they making money with winning trades/traders as well??

if they make no money from winning traders: how are the top 5 brokers (according to binaryoptions.net) handling traders that are hypothetically making 300k profit per day? do they HAVE and WILL always to pay them due to regulations etc? what about binary.com?

thank you !!

Ok, got it. Well, this subject has been discussed many times before and the simple answer is that whatever you lose goes into the brokers pockets and most people lose. Probably 80-90% lose. And when you win you don't get 100% returns which means even on your earnings the broker is making money.

PS, the brokers would also probably let yo uwin for a while and then cut you off to manage their losses, just like a casino would...

Brokers make the same money from losing and successful traders. They earn money from comissions. I'm not talking about indecent brokers now. These just steal money from the traders' accounts and leave the market.

It's my understanding that brokers make money not only out of clinets' losses but also commissions.

I think they make money from every possible transaction, like they say "casino always wins" otherwise no point to be in business probably. As well as you listed here some other sort of money probably, thanks in advance please.

I would agree that house always wins. There is no chance that a broker can make a loss on your deal. He will charge you trading spreads or eventually any sort of other fees and commissions. But, I dont see problem here, as they are running this business in order to make profits from it. Right?

Certainly, a broker will charge you every service. But, it is logical. They have established their business in order to make money not to be social institution. So, you just need to take care and choose broker with lowest spreads and commissions

For a real broker that really gives access to the market it does not matter whether you earn or not. Because it automatically earns when you buy a trade or order. You pay a broker exactly for what you were able to open. That's called a spread. And that's the main source of income for brokers. The second way to earn money is to get a withdrawal fee for each trader. If a broker earns on your loss or creates conditions for it, so that you lose money, then you are not dealing with a broker, but with a real swindler, and you should cut off these connections, because it will not lead to anything good. And who cares how much you earn per day, usually brokers do not impose limits on the amount and number of withdrawals per month. Well, maybe only commissions can increase a little, but usually not critical.
