Can my French friend invest in binary options?
I have a French friend who is living in Vietnam.
As I know, European Union citizens are not allowed to partake in binary options
And Vietnam is where binary options is available
She recently wrote to the Olymp Trade support center, and they replied that they would terminate her account
So, what's your point of view? Can she invest under the name of a friend from an available country?
