Ioption Scam! STAY AWAY FROM THEM

nateroxnaterox Posts: 4
Ioption is a scam as they will not give you your money back even once you have reached the turnover rate with your bonus. I spoke to my account manager, Shawn Wells and he told me I had reached my turnover rate when i asked him, and when I asked for a full withdrawal he hung up on me and dumped an additional bonus to my account to try and lock me in for longer, which i clearly did not want . after many phone calls, emails and chats with the ioption people the still have not given me my money back yet, and want me to reach double the turnover rate which I am required to do, which is ridiculous. They have wasted so much of my time and I am so fed up with them! Their staff are a bunch of retards who dont know how to answer questions, and even when proven wrong they just say let me look into that and the answer they give is just as useless. Even after quoting my account manager the terms and conditions which they have on their site, proving I was right regarding the turnover rate which I have reached for my bonus, he still refuses to give me my money, saying the financial department says no. DONT EVER DEPOSIT WITH THEM OR YOU WILL NEVER SEE THAT MONEY AGAIN.
I am also attaching part my email with iopton to show how wrong and unhelpful they are, trying to do everything they can to screw me over.(sorry I know its very long, but i think worthwhile to read)

They have confirmed that the volume that needs to be reached is 10,000.

I just want to say that a guy named Roy who writes reviews on brokers managed to help me out when he saw my bad review on Ioption. He has a relationship with various brokers, and does not hesitate to give them a bad review if he sees that they are screwing people over. This is how he helped leverage for me into getting what I want, and I recommend him for other people to also give him a try if you are stuck with a problem with your broker. He can be reached at admin@onlineoptionstrading.org

Ioption is a scam made by two People. Semi Vahap ( Ceo ) and Guy Leder ( Sales ) at ioption steal my money. These two people are responsible for my lose. Its about five months they did not refund my money still.
